At our Request, we specialise in seamlessly organizing celebrity bookings, making it effortless for you to have a celebrity at your event or collaborate with your brand. Our dedicated team works directly with the celebrity's team to secure your desired talent for the specified date and within your budget. If your chosen celebrity is unavailable or the budget doesn't align, we can present you with suitable alternative options within your budget range.
Throughout the process, we maintain open communication with you, keeping you fully informed every step of the way. From campaign planning to managing bookings, determining pricing, arranging flights, addressing rider requirements, and more, we handle all the details. Our aim is to alleviate all the stress associated with celebrity bookings, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your event or brand collaboration.
What should I be expecting to pay for when booking a celebrity for my event?
It really can vary depending on the event and which celebrity you choose, but generally:
The fee that the celebrity charges for events. This is completely down to the celebrity and their team, we can provide estimates.
You will need to cover costs of flights if necessary (usually Business or First depending on the celebrity).
Hotel accommodations and local ground transportation for the celebrity and their team to your event.
Catering & rider requirements.
Power, labour & an onsite production staff (if needed).
For a performance, there will be production elements, including but not limited to, staging, sound, lights & backline equipment (artist’s “gear”)
If the celebrity is in the same city, do I still need to cover hotels and transport?
Honestly, not likely, but every booking is different. We’ll work with you and the celebrities team to make sure that we get the best price and that every element is covered and accounted for before any contracts are signed.
Can Request London help me book any celebrity I am looking for?
While we can't guarantee specific outcomes, we take pride in our extensive network and strong industry contacts. Throughout our experience, we have consistently succeeded in reaching out to the teams of various celebrities.

What is the average price to book a celebrity?
Determining the pricing for celebrity bookings can be quite subjective, however, we can provide some general insights to help you understand the pricing structure.
When it comes to booking a celebrity, the payment is typically divided into two parts: the celebrity fee and the booking extras, which include expenses like flights and accommodation.
It's important to note that each celebrity or influencer sets their own fee, which can vary greatly depending on their level of fame, achievements, and demand. For instance, if you're looking to book an artist who has received Grammy nominations or wins, the artist fee for a private performance is likely to be no less than £100,000.
On the other hand, if you have your sights set on an a singer currently dominating the top charts, you can expect a fee in the ballpark of £1,000,000 for a brand partnership.
When it comes to influencers or YouTubers, we have organised private events for as low as £6,000. The pricing will depend on the influencer's reach, engagement, and overall popularity.
Keep in mind that these figures serve as rough estimates, and the final pricing will be tailored to the specific celebrity or influencer you're interested in booking.

Does Request London cover celebrities worldwide?
At our agency, most of the celebrities we work with are based in America, followed by the United Kingdom and Scandinavia.
So, if you're in London and wanting a specific American celebrity at your event, we've got you covered! We can make it happen and organise everything for you. From coordinating their travel arrangements to ensuring they perform exactly what you were hoping for, our team is experienced in making these cross-border connections. Just let us know your celebrity wish, and we'll work our magic to bring them right to you!
What are your fees?
Our process is designed to be seamless and transparent. To ensure we maintain the highest level of service and protect the trust we've built with our valuable contacts, we charge a nominal £500 sourcing fee. This fee serves the purpose of filtering out non-serious inquiries and those with insufficient budgets.
Rest assured, the £500 sourcing fee is deducted from the final booking cost. Additionally, we offer a straightforward arrangement where we only take a 5% commission from the final booking cost.
We understand the importance of keeping things streamlined and hassle-free for our clients. That's why we provide a single, comprehensive invoice that covers all aspects of the booking process. This approach ensures clarity and convenience, allowing you to focus on the excitement of working with your chosen celebrity, without any unnecessary complexities.
